How to learn from experience

When your working on a project for the first
time there will be allot of things to learn
and as you proceed to other projects you
will acquire more knowledge during each
project.

e.g. :-
  * How to identify important test cases
    which short cuts to use to save time
  * How to cover all the areas of a
    system without spending a large
    amount of time testing every
    possibility available, etc.
  * How to make use of the knowledge you
    acquire during a project:

1. Make sure you note down all the
  important things that you learn
  during a project

2. Learn from your mistakes and make
  sure that it does not happen again.
3. Share with others the good
  practices and important lessons
  learned.
4. Identify one's weak areas and
  improve in such areas.

These are some basic things but
it's very important for you to
keep them in mind.
